Dimensions of mounting holes are nominal, so I had to elongate my existing holes. Wires stand off a bit from the housing, so they got in the way as well, and it would've been more convenient to have a direct ground at one of the mounting holes. No hardware included (mounting screws or terminal connectors/eyelets).

Once installed, the LEDs are bright and it works as it should.
